ACVREP / CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

When you arrive, you will get an ACVREP packet with evaluation forms and a sheet to record your codes. To get ACVREP credit for the sessions that you attend, here is what you do:
- Write your name on the packet envelope and the record forms.
- When you attend a session,
- Sign your name (legibly!) on the Sign-In Sheet.
ACCESSIBILITY: Those who prefer not to write their name on the Sign-In Sheet can put their business card (or a piece of paper with their name on it) into the envelope that is attached to the clipboard (under the Sign-In Sheets).
- At the end of the session, record the closing code on your ACVREP sheet.
- Fill out the evaluation for that session.
ACCESSIBILITY: The sheets to record the ending codes and evaluations can be downloaded and filled out electronically. They should be sent by attachment in a message with subject "ACVREP" to dona@sauerburger.org by midnight Tuesday, December 11.
- Turn in your completed folder to the registration desk by 1:00 Tuesday, December 11. Make sure that it includes:
- your name on the envelope;
- The closing codes for each session that you attended;
- The evaluation sheet filled out for each session that you attended;
- The evaluation sheet giving us feedback about the conference.
You should receive a digital certificate within a few weeks of the conference.

- Saturday's preconference workshops
Plan to arrive early enough to attend -- they are included in your registration fee at no extra cost, and provide 5.5 hours of ACVREP credit!
- Download the program and handouts
There will be no printed programs or handouts, they are all available on line (see below).
- Pack a blindfold and cane
- Bring a conference bag if you want to carry things around.
When you arrive, you'll get a nametag and an ACVREP packet, but no bag to carry anything around in.
If you've accumulated bags from other conferences, this is your chance to show them off, start a conversation with colleagues who shared (or envy) your experience!
- Shuttle for hotel
The Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore provides free shuttle service to/from the airport as well as other places in the area during your stay at the hotel.
To arrange for the shuttle to come pick you up, call the hotel front desk at (813) 877-6688.
When you're calling from the airport, provide the airline and the time for pick-up outside of the baggage claim area.
The Tampa Airport is very user-friendly, with signs that will tell the attendees where shuttle pickup is as well.

The Henry B. Plant Museum is housed in the 1891 Tampa Bay Hotel, the Victorian railroad resort that defined the elegant frontier, now a National Historic Landmark. The Amalie Arena is home to the National Hockey League's Tampa Bay Lightning and the AFL's Tampa Bay Storm. The venue was referred to as the Ice Palace from its opening in 1996 through 2002 when it was commonly called the St Pete Times Forum until late 2011. Going by Tampa Bay Times Forum until 2014 when it was again renamed. The Amalie Arena box office is located at 401 Channel side Drive in Tampa, Florida. The arena was built for $139 million and has a maximum seating capacity of 21,500. Amalie Arena tickets have included major events like the NHL Stanley Cup, All-Star Game, the NCAA men's basketball tournament, and many WWE events. Almost all the hottest concerts stop in Tampa by coming through the forum like Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Diamond.
